Leah graduated in 2017 from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, Toronto. In her sessions Leah aims to balance targeted rehabilitative techniques with relaxation. She'll give guidance in breath awareness, body scanning for conscious relaxation, as well as engage patients with active range-of-motion for stretching and muscles stripping. She has a background in Thai massage, a passion for prenatal work (she's got experience as a birth doula) and continued education in breast massage. To top it off she has taught yoga since 2006, currently offering group classes bi-weekly, listed on the booking link below.

Haley Plaa graduated from VCMT in 2021. She offers a slow and soothing experience with a range of techniques, such as breathing instruction, myofascial release, general swedish massage, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. Whether it’s time carved out to relax and rejuvenate or to approach a specific condition, she is happy to spend time communicating the best way to treat your body. She believes in patient education and participation to getting better. Her aim is to have one feeling more comfortable and at home in themselves

Danielle grew up in Ontario, Canada. She graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018.
She believes in the importance of customizing each treatment for every patient based on their specific needs. Her treatments are evidence based and use the biopsychosocial model for addressing persistent pain. Danielle is passionate about her work as an RMT, and she loves being the facilitator for patients' recovery and maintenance of wellness.

Kerr graduated with honours in 2022 from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He believes that massage therapy is a dynamic, ever-changing practice, and depending on each person's unique circumstances, massage treatment can be adapted to suit their needs. Kerr is a former National Team soccer player and yoga instructor with Modo Yoga Vancouver. Sensitive and calm by nature, his treatments are guided by empathy, compassion and breath awareness.

Aurora graduated Langara's RMT program 2019, and is registered with College of Massage Therapy British Columbia.
Aurora has a diverse skillset, including digital art and design. She is accomplished artist with combined majors in art, design, and art history (UVIC).
Her background is that of sports and body wellness. She is a personal trainer and athlete: Her fitness disciplines include power and weightlifting, cycling, martial arts, and snowboarding. She has also worked with spinal chord injuries, pre/post natal, and infant massage. Above all Aurora believes that the restoration of one's ideal function arrives from a multi-tiered approach to health. Working with what is familiar and life specific to offer treatments and homecare that make sense for the individual.

RMTs will start treatments with assessment through an intake process. It is required that every patient complete Health History/Condition forms. By booking you agree to our cancellation policy of 24hrs notice. Full RMT fees for late-cancels and no-shows apply.
